Subject: Mandating the Issuance of New Currency Under Congressional Authority
Whereas, Article I, Section 8, Clause 5 of the United States Constitution grants Congress the exclusive power to coin money and regulate its value;
Whereas, this power includes the authority to issue currency and to regulate all aspects of its circulation;
Whereas, the Supreme Court has affirmed that Congress may charter banks and endow them with the right to issue circulating notes, as well as impose restrictions on notes not issued under its authority;
Whereas, maintaining a stable currency is essential for economic stability and growth, and ensuring that the Treasury has sufficient resources is vital for fulfilling federal obligations;

Now, therefore, by virtue of the authority vested in me as President of the United States, it is hereby ordered as follows:Issuance of New CurrencyThe Department of the Treasury is directed to initiate the process for the issuance of new dollars, in accordance with Congressional authority as outlined in Article I, Section 8, Clause 5 of the Constitution.
Collaboration with Congress
The Secretary of the Treasury shall work closely with Congress to ensure that all actions taken in relation to this order comply with existing laws and regulations governing currency issuance.
Regulation and Oversight
The Secretary shall implement necessary measures to regulate the issuance and circulation of new dollars to ensure compliance with constitutional mandates and to maintain public confidence in U.S. currency.
Reporting Requirements
The Secretary shall provide regular updates to Congress regarding the status of currency issuance and any economic impacts observed as a result.
